How do I buy tickets?
To purchase show subscription packages or single tickets, please purchase tickets online on our website, or call our box office at (204) 982-8282 or come down to the box office in person – we are located at 1824 Pembina Highway in the Canad Inns Fort Garry. Performance tickets may be purchased online here.

Where can I park?
Ample free parking is available in front and behind the Canad Inns Fort Garry.
Do you have wheelchair seating?
Our theatre is fully accessible for wheelchairs. Please let our box office know when making your reservation that a wheelchair will be in the party.
How do I pick up my tickets?
There is no need to pick up your tickets as your reservation will be held at the seating podium under your last name/group name.
What are your box office hours?
Our box office hours are:
- Monday and Tuesday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Wednesday – Friday– 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Saturday – 11:00am to 7:00pm
- Sunday – 11:00am to 6:00pm
What if I can not attend a performance that I have reserved?
Tickets are non-refundable once they are purchased. With 48 hours’ notice we can exchange the tickets to another night or put the value of the tickets into a credit file which is good for up to 6 months towards another show. For groups of 10 or more please call our box office for further information on our policy (204) 982-8282.
Can I get a refund for unused tickets?

Can I change my performance date after booking?
Yes with 48 hours’ notice prior to the performance date we can exchange for your tickets to another date. For groups of 10 or more please call our box office for further information on our policy (204) 982-8282.
What if I lose my tickets?
We will replace lost tickets at the box office. Please call our box office at (204) 982-8282 or come down in person to 1824 Pembina Highway located in the Canad Inns.
What does my ticket price include?
The ticket price includes the 3-act musical comedy, 4-course dinner and coffee and tea. Any other beverages, gratuities and taxes are extra.
How do I use Costco vouchers to book?
To redeem your Costco voucher once you have selected your seats, you will need to select add promo or discount code and enter the 8 digit number in the black bar of your ticket. You will then need to select apply gift card and use the same 8 digit number to apply the payment.
What is on the menu?
Our menu selections change with every show. However it is always a 4-course dinner consisting of a set soup and salad, a choice of one of 4 dinner entrées and a choice of 2 desserts. The dinner entrée choices are always beef, chicken, fish or seafood and a vegetarian selection. The latter is often pasta but the chefs like to offer something other than pasta from time to time.
I am a vegetarian; do you have an option for me?
We do offer a vegetarian option on the show menu which can be ordered the night of the show. If you require any further options please call our box office at (204) 982-8282.
What if I have food allergies?
We can accommodate most food allergies – when making your reservation let the box office employee know about any food allergies you may have. We will be pleased to go over the options with you at that time to arrange a special meal.
Can I bring children?
We welcome guests of all ages. If the child is not able to sit quietly during the performance we do ask that an accompanying adult take the child out of the theatre to avoid disruption of other guests.
Do you have special ticket prices for children?

What are the seating times?
Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat – 6:30 to 6:45 pm, Sun – 5:15 – 5:30 pm.
Junior Shows – Saturday Mornings – 11:00 – 11:15 am
What if I arrive after the doors have closed?
If the theatre doors have closed, a box office employee will be pleased to take you to your seats.
Can I book a taxi to pick me up?
Guests can call a taxi at the front desk of the hotel.
